Monday, Dec. 8

On Monday, the students continued their work on Ramah 4 in Mitkadem. They are getting used to working more independently, and are showing a lot of progress. Please continue to have them read at least 5 minutes/day 5 times/week from the Kriah section or another on-level Hebrew text.
The students also spent time working on their virtual museums. They are getting ready to share them at out publication party on Monday, Dec. 22. More details to come!
A couple of important upcoming dates:
Now-end of January: We are collecting donations for a MSPCA supply drive. Our goal is to collect 50 items. You can see what items the MSPCA most needs here.
Dec. 11-Dec. 22: I will be conducting individual prayer assessments for each student. Please make sure they are practicing the Torah service and/or Musaf prayers at home. Most of these prayers can be found here.
Mon. Dec. 15: I will be absent, but regular class will be held with substitute Itai Gal.
Thurs. Dec. 18, 4:30-5 PM. We will celebrate Hanukkah with Kitah Bet-Gimel. Parents, siblings, and friends are invited to attend! See invitation for more details.
Mon. Dec. 22: Last day of KIRS for 2014. Enjoy your holiday break! We will resume classes on Mon., Jan. 5, 2015.
